Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our services. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of service delivery.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 calendar days of receiving your service or materials. Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@filteringyouth.top with a clear explanation of your concern.

3. Consultation Refunds

Paid consultations may be refunded in full if requested within 14 days of the consultation date. We will provide a refund of the consultation fee only; any additional materials or resources downloaded cannot be refunded but remain yours to use.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that banking delays may occur, and your bank may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable: completed consultation sessions (after 14 days), resources and templates once downloaded, custom materials or work completed at your request, cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled consultation.

6. Cancellation of Upcoming Services

To cancel an upcoming consultation or service, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will result in a full refund of any advance payment.

7. Exceptions and Special Cases

In rare cases where service quality fell significantly short of expectations, we may offer refunds beyond the 14-day period or partial refunds after that period. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute about a refund, please contact us at info@filteringyouth.top. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings under New Zealand law.
